When asked what I do for a living, I usually mutter something about being a freelance writer but eventually people discover that my primary job is keeping our flat clean and orderly. For most, this is understandable but I’m often mocked for this by people with more conventional jobs. I realize it’s all in good fun, but they have no idea just how intense homemaking can actually be.

I figured that nobody would ever take me seriously unless I showed them a small snippet of my everyday activities. So I present to you an incredibly accurate portrayal of what being a full/part time homemaker is actually like. Don’t be surprised if your heart burns by the end.
